Menopause Support Groups and Networks list
Sometimes you can feel very alone when dealing with menopause. The truth is that millions of other women are going through it at the same time. Menopause support groups and networks can bring people together to support each other.
There is strength and power in numbers. Sharing stories and symptoms can help you to realise you are not alone. You may be able to find a local group but if not there are many great online communities of women from all around the globe. Support can make all the difference to your menopause journey.
I have collected a list of menopause support groups and networks all together in one place. Some are real life support communities and many are online.
Please contact me in the comments to suggest any groups or networks you would like to add to the list. I want to grow this list to be a useful resource as a first step for someone wanting to find help and support from other women through menopause.
Who can I talk to about menopause?
A good first step is to talk to your doctor. However, often it is mental support that you may need rather than medical. Talking to other women about their experiences of menopause can be invaluable. The support networks listed will be a good starting point to finding someone to talk to.
