In the UK, your first stop is your GP. Ask to be referred to a Menopause Clinic. They will be able to direct you to your nearest one, although you can search the table below to find out.

A Menopause Clinic specialises in treatment for Menopause issues. They will have specialist doctors and staff and will offer the relevant  tests, scans, counselling and treatment all in one convenient place. Doctors will have more experience and knowledge about treating menopause.

Can I refer myself to a menopause clinic?

In the UK you will need to speak to your GP first. You can’t refer yourself directly to a Menopause Clinic. However, your GP should refer you. Take a list of symptoms when you see your GP. This will help them understand that you need referral.
